Tuscan cuisine is made with ingredients grown in the rich natural environment of Nara and features simple yet powerful flavors.We will be offering a spring buffet that combines the food cultures of both regions, which can only be enjoyed here.We have prepared a variety of dishes that use an abundance of local ingredients, such as seasonal Nara vegetables, Yamato pork, and wheat produced in Nara Prefecture, fused with traditional Italian cooking methods and flavors.
