This five-course meal incorporates local ingredients unique to this region, such as Yamato chicken from Nara Prefecture, corn, and summer vegetables.For appetizers, we offer a summery tomato bavarois and a rich crème brûlée with foie gras and Yamato chicken.For the pasta, enjoy linguine infused with the delicious flavor of blue crab, and for the main course, savor pan-seared beef fillet served with a fragrant truffle sauce.

For dessert, we offer a gorgeous dish featuring a chocolate dome encasing chocolate mousse and vanilla ice cream, topped with warm raspberries.Enjoy it with espuma made from milk from Uemura Farm, the oldest dairy farm in Nara Prefecture.
